Situated just northwest of Austin on 10 acres in the midst of a hundreds of acres of rolling green Hill Country overlooking Lake Travis, this Mediterranean-inspired retreat effortlessly caters to both indoor and outdoor celebrations. The venue’s commitment to authenticity in design ensures that every event held here is truly distinctive, leaving an indelible mark on all who attend.
The meticulous care poured into every little nook and cranny here firmly cements its place as one of my absolute favorite venues in the Texas Hill Country. Beyond my love for the building’s charm, its flawlessly tended landscaping, and its breathtaking stone terraces, what truly sets my heart aglow about this venue is its origin tale. Villa Antonia didn’t start off as a wedding venue; it was born as a home. Named after its visionary creator, Antonia, who crafted every exquisite detail of the structure in her quest for the perfect sanctuary. Shortly after settling in, requests began flooding in to host weddings there, eventually blossoming into one of the most enchanting wedding venues in Texas.
From a photographer’s perspective, every corner of the property offers stunning vistas perfect for ceremonies, receptions, and those jaw-dropping couple portraits. The meticulous attention to detail and the air of elegant romance permeate every inch of the venue, whispering tales of love at every turn. Hence, one of my cherished mantras about the venue is, “Villa Antonia is a haven for lovers.”
